Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received

Because our conversation decks are packaged products intended for personal and group use, opened decks are final sale unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Before sending a product back, contact us at info@loveonbothsidesmedia.com. Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product you would like to return
• Reason for the return

If your return is eligible, we will provide instructions for returning your product. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Love on Both Sides Media, LLC is not responsible for return packages lost in transit before they are received by us. If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us before returning it so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at info@loveonbothsidesmedia.com as soon as possible. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging when applicable. Once we review the issue, we may offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when a return is required because we sent an incorrect product or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns unless required by law. If the return results from an error on our part or an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will determine the appropriate refund or replacement based on the circumstances.

Opened Products

Opened conversation decks are not eligible for standard returns or refunds. This does not affect your ability to contact us regarding a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Launch, Sale & Promotional Purchases

Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, products purchased at a launch, sale, or promotional price remain eligible for return under the same requirements described in this policy. This means your $19.99 Friendship Edition launch price does not automatically make the deck final sale.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return an eligible unopened product according to this policy and place a new order. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be handled separately as described above.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@loveonbothsidesmedia.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once fulfillment has begun. If the order has already shipped, the standard return requirements will apply.

Refunds for Free-Shipping Orders

If a returned item causes the original order to fall below the $35 free-shipping threshold, we do not retroactively charge the customer for the original shipping. The customer would still be responsible for the cost of sending a standard return back to us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, or business practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
