Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before completing your purchase.

Purchasing a Love on Both Sides product gives you ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within that product. You may not reproduce our cards, questions, prompts, designs, or other product content for resale, commercial distribution, competing products, or other unauthorized commercial purposes.

Love on Both Sides Products

Love on Both Sides conversation products are created to encourage conversation, entertainment, personal reflection, and connection. Questions and discussions may involve personal experiences, relationships, opinions, memories, emotions, or other sensitive subjects. Participation is voluntary. Players are responsible for determining what they are comfortable discussing and may choose not to answer a question. Love on Both Sides products are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or other professional services.

User Content, Reviews & Submissions

You may have opportunities to provide reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, feedback, or other content to us. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person or applicable law.
