Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit and delivery time.

During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping charges for orders under $35 are calculated and displayed during checkout.

We offer:

FREE STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $35 OR MORE.

The $35 minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using USPS.

We reserve the right to use another shipping carrier or service when appropriate based on destination, availability, cost, package size, or other shipping considerations.

Delivery Times

Delivery times displayed at checkout or provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are separate from our 2–3 business-day processing time.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, actual delivery timing may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order after your package has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@loveonbothsidesmedia.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@loveonbothsidesmedia.com so we can help review the situation.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors when appropriate, and with the applicable carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier-related issues. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and applicable carrier procedures.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loveonbothsidesmedia.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged product and shipping packaging so we can review the issue.

Damaged or defective products will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue, we will contact you regarding available options.

Additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package when the return resulted from incorrect information provided at checkout or another circumstance outside our control.
